MISSION STATEMENT

  1. Our Mission: To establish a Great Commission passion in the local church
  2. Our Strategy: To assist church leaders to be funcional and congregations healthy through leadership training, mentoring, and Biblical resources for intensive nurture/educational activities. The Master Strategy is seen in "12 Pillars of a Healthy Church".
  3. We are committed to:
    1. Obedience to the Great Commission by men, women, youth, and children, beginning with empowering and mobilizing leaders as a strategic way to have this accomplished.
    2. Encouraging congregations to see themselves as part of the body of Christ in that place, to reach all the lost and serve hurting people through various ministries of the Gospel;
    3. Maintaining ministry that revolves around Great Commission priorities, believing that Paul, like Jesus, not only gave us the mandate, but also modeled the method of ministry through his life (Matt 28:18-20; Eph 4:12-16; 2 Tim 2:2);
    4. Training leaders in "discipling," centering on "every member a Bible student";
    5. Making the congregation a Center for Missionary Formation by equipping all believers to be faithful witnesses of Jesus, teaching "every member to be a missionary";
    6. Encouraging pastors and lay leaders to expect miracles in their ministries to the glory of Jesus Christ, that the congregation may be a healthy Life-giving Church.
  4. Our vision is to work together to share Christ's love passionately to develop a healthy church with eight quality characteristics and four leading indicators which empowers and mobilizes God's people for mission.
